JC Grand’s newest manufacturing facility in Kaohsiung is used for our proprietary zinc-rich, multi-metal alloy plating and duplex organic topcoats. Combined, this factory offers a powerful and flexible duplex coating system combining a proprietary multi-metal base layer with a tightly-bonded that can survive in the harshest real-world environments.

The 15,000 square meter space contains large mechanical plating lines, automated application of propietary sealers & primers, and dip spin lines and ovens for applying optional organic topcoats.
